Ich möchte so viel wie möglich über das zu betreuende Tier wissen, damit ich mich so gut wie möglich darum kümmern kann. Ich möchte das Tier auch kennen lernen, bevor ich es betreuen soll. Klare Anweisungen sind mir wichtig. Ich habe AGB's, die bestätigt werden müssen, bevor ich ein Tier aufnehme.
